On the 25th of November 2021, The Integrity Commission tabled in the Tasmanian Parliament a review of the Tasmania's Police conduct and complaint management system, Abacus. The Abacus system was developed based on a Tasmania Police and Integrity Commission joint review of previous conduct and complaints policy and has been in effect since 2017.

Tasmania Police Commissioner Donna Adams says an independent review will investigate police handling of child sexual abuse allegations against former officer Paul Reynolds.

In 2002, I ran against the now Premier Jeremy Rockliff asking for a Royal Commission into Tasmanian Police, due to the adverse behaviour by the Police Department in the Circular Head rural setting. By 2006, the Smithton Police would be targeting members of community due to personality clashes. Tasmanian Police pick and choose the monetary penalty target and have been funneling children into the Ashley Detention Centre child abuse setting since 1999. But if a member of the Circular Head Community is shot by one of their own, the attempted murderer walks free of charge.

I will now demonstrate a Chamber of Secrets ecosystem in Tasmania where the University, Public Service ecosystem maintains the apartheid industry in Tasmania.

Police have announced that none of the other men who had sex with the 12-year-old would be charged because they believed the child in question was 18 years old. Mamamia article here.

Tim Ellis was the Tasmanian District Public Prosecutor who decided it wasn't in the publics interest to release information or pursue charges against predators.

Tasmania's Director of Public Prosecutions, Tim Ellis, was sacked almost two years after causing a fatal accident on the Midland Highway. Ellis was given a four-month suspended jail sentence last month, after losing an appeal against a finding that he caused the death of 27-year-old Natalia Pearn by negligent driving on the Midland Highway in March 2013.

55 Staff have been accused of child sexual abuse allegations at Ashley's Detention Centre, the Commission of Inquiry highlighted.

In 2010 when I attended The University of Tasmania for the second time, my law lecturer explained she quit being a criminal defense lawyer because the three main people on the North West Coast had their network and alliances with the Police. A nice little inhouse apartheid network, geared towards alienating children for the Government child trafficking industries. In an era where we have the Behaviour Economics Team hosted by the Prime Minister and Cabinet and artificial intelligence API, if appropriate resources were allocated to the child abuse behaviour, it could be exposed in a matter of weeks. But the Federal and State Government have written themselves out of behaviour applications, I wonder why?
